7.5 Exposure. You may be exposed to inaccurate or offensive content. You waive liability claims against us for your exposure to such Submissions.

Registration requires certain personal data (email, password, optional name/image). You agree to keep your credentials secure, update any outdated info, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. To delete your profile, submit a request and verify your identity. You may re-register anytime. - Information Accuracy.

You and top5-rank.com are independent contractors. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency. - Assignment.
You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction. - General.
We may discontinue or modify any aspect of the Site at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Tel Aviv-Jaffa courts, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction. If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in force. No waiver or failure to enforce any provision constitutes a waiver of any other provision. Any claim must be brought within one year of accrual or be forever barred.
